Question $1$ : I believe a professional development plan is important because it can help your center, and employees have a goal. With a professional development plan employees can continue to work and practice on their skills and continue to learn new skills with different training sessions. Professional Developmental a few things need to be included in the plan. Some of those things would be community resources, in$-$house training, off$-$site websites, early childhood professional organization. These help employees know where they can find the training and what skill they will be focusing on to learn more about. Enhancing knowledge of your faculty is always something that can be done and there will always be ways to improve.
