Question 1. What is the basis by which you set a standard of ethics in your own personal life? Give a specific example of this please (This would be a story in your life where you either failed or succeeded on an ethical issue). How will you practice your ethical standard in your communication and daily decisions and what will be the benefit of this?

Question 2. Find an organization that has set a standard of ethics. Give an example (a situation) of the standard within the company. How do they practice this in their communication and decision making and what are the benefits of this? You need to document this when an ethical decision happened. You can use a case in the book but this will require more research than the case study to find out how this organization established and practically applied the standard. Follow the 4 steps for this company with two ethical standards and two Bible verses.

Question 3. Why does the Bible make the best standard of ethics for anyone? How does the Holy Spirit help you in being an ethical person? Make sure you answer this question about the Holy Spirit as Jesus talked about the importance of the Holy Spirit. (Hint: Look at the Bible references below). Please remember that the Holy Spirit is a Person, just like Jesus and just like God. Father, Son and the Holy Spirit. When Jesus left this earth, He sent the Holy Spirit (in His place) to help those who follow Christ to do His will.
