CCG's coaches and programs are recognized by the Canadian gymnastics community as being of high quality The Office Manager of CCG is Joan Fry. Joan has provided you with the following notes on her role and responsibilities at CCG: . receives payments from athletes' families for their gymnastics fees. These fees are paid monthly in advance. CCG accepts cash, cheques and credit card payments. Receipts are issued only when they are specifically requested by the family. Joan counts the cash and tallies the cash, cheques and credit card slips on a bank deposit form. She then enters the amounts into the accounting system on a monthly basis.
