Question $2\mathrm{.}1$: Time array

As before, we must first build a time array. The settling time will turn out to be greater than $3$ but smaller than $6$ seconds. Hence we will use a time array ranging from $0$ to $6$ seconds.

We'll choose the same sampling rate as we did in question $1\mathrm{.}3,$ ie

Use np$.$arange to generate the time array just described. Call it time.

Note: The final time instant of $6$ seconds should not be included in the array.
