1. Draw the Critical Path Method (CPM) network diagram and highlight the critical path for activities shown in Table 1(a). Perform CPM calculation using forward pass and backward pass method and complete Table 1(b).
2. Draw a resources profile (histogram) following the scenarios below and determine how to level the resources . Give your comments on the resource profile.

• (i) Only 10 labourers available at any time
• (ii) Only 8 labourers available, but a peak use of 10 labourers is allowed for one time (one day) only
