1. Draw the Critical Path Method (CPM) network diagram and highlight the critical path for activities shown in Table 1(a). Perform CPM calculation using forward pass and backward pass method and complete Table 1(b).

2. Draw a resources profile (histogram). Manually level your resources and improve the daily resource use (start low, increase the resource use gradually till it peaks around the middle of the project, then gradually decrease it toward the end of the project). Give your comments on the resource profile.
