2.1 Inequality is an issue that has long been a challenge in our society and one that has only been exacerbated by the covid19 pandemic. South Africa has emerged as one of the most economically unequal countries in the world. In order to address inequality, there is a need for the government to implement policies and reforms that will reduce the levels of poverty and unemployment. In the fourth industrial revolution (4IR) era, give an account of the factors that need to be focused on to eradicate inequality in South Africa.[15 marks]

2.2 There is no doubt that the fourth industrial revolution (4IR) is here, and we are now navigating through the fifth industrial revolution. The 4IR has changed the workplace culture, ways of doing things, and how people relate in workspaces. Young South Africans must acquire various skills to navigate the new workspaces. Identify and explain ten (10) vital areas of skills that young South Africans must focus on that will enable them to navigate the 4IR inspired workplace easily. [20 marks]
