In terms of number of full time employees, 50% of the companies have 75 to 200 employees (the largest percent in the certified companies), 26% with more than 200 employees whereas 24 % of the industries have between 1-74 full time employees. The profile of the companies based on the annual sales indicated that 57.8 % of the respondent companies have annual sales between $10 - 25 million, 24.5 % of the companies have annual sales over than $25 million, and 17.6% have annual sales less than $10 million. Companies were grouped according to the classification framed by SIRIM and FMM. It is evident that the highest percent of the respondent industries (23.5%) belonging to the chemical and process followed by mechanical (21.5%), pharmaceutical products (17.6%), automotive (10.78 %), materials (paper/plastics...) (8.8%), other industries (7.84%), and finally the group of electrical and electronic and the group of food and agriculture have the same percent (4.9 %). With reference to the companies operating years, the majority of the respondent companies (37.25 %) are in operation between 6-10 years, whereas 26.4 % have been operating between 11-15 years, 14.7 % between 16 20 years, and the number of companies operating more than 21 years, and those operating between 1-5 years are the same with 10.78% each
