There are a range of logistical issues and activities that need to be performed and you need to prepare a project plan to take into account all relevant elements of the plan and stakeholders covered in the MBA programme.

List at least 12 important activities that you need to perform in setting up the project and decide on precedence's (order of them occurring). Prepare a table indicating:

• An estimated time for each activity
• The precedence of each
• A brief reason for your precedence choice.
