Ms T Kay is the owner and manager of a recently established K & K Project Managers. This is a business that deals with various businesses ranging from construction to events management. Ms Kay has the financial muscle and multiple skills when it comes to project management but she is not fully confident especially when it comes to the implementation part of projects. In most cases, she outsources other experts or businesses when it comes to issues that have to deal with implementation. Ms Kay has recently been awarded a project to supply secondary schools in a certain sub-district with Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs) that are needed in schools to curb the spread of COVID-19. According to the Department of Education, Ms Kay must ensure all the necessary PPEs are delivered to the school within a period of 6 months.
