Kuhle applied for a position as a cashier with J&B Trading $($Pty$)$ Ltd$.$ On March $23,2023,$ Kuhle received an email from the Human Resource manager with an employment offer. Kuhle wanted to take the offer, but her laptop was malfunctioning. On March $24,2023,$ Kuhle went to an internet caf$$ to accept the offer by email. She attached the acceptance letter to the email. On March $27$th$,$ Kuhle received an SMS from the HR manager stating that the candidate must start on the first of April $2023.$ It was stated that if she does not confirm before the $29$th$,$ the offer will be extended to the next candidate. Kuhle answered promptly to the SMS by saying: I responded to the affirmative in an email I sent on March $24,2023.$ The HR manager acknowledges getting the SMS but not the email acceptance letter.
