Miss Kohli is not happy with the approach to performance management which Mr Srivastava has instructed her to

implement. In her experience, the balanced scorecard approach to performance management is very impactful and Miss

Kohli believes that it would be valuable in assisting Gypsy Tigers in achieving its goals.
