   It was a priviledge to meet you and to have an oprtunity to discuss with you he possibility of setting up a series of traning seminars for our secretarial staff. These type of on the job preparation for advancement to supervisory positions would be most beneficial, not only to the secretarys who participate but also to the company itself.

   You be pleased to know that I have all ready met with Ms Rozina Sheikh, our general Mgr., and discussed the details of the proposal you outlined during your visit this a.m. thus both her and are quiet eager to receive from you a writen description of the content, lenth, and etc. of the program you feel better suits our needs. Of course wed like to know the cost too!
