3.1 Who's responsibility is it to promote rental housing in South Africa and what does the responsibility entails? 3.2 In what condition should a dwelling (the rental property) be and what will the legal consequences be if the dwelling is not in the required condition? Write a brief note of no longer than one page. 3.3 Briefly provide your own opinion in respect of the suitability of the legal consequences referred to in 3.2 above. 3.4 Must all lease agreements subject to the Rental Housing Act 50 of 1999 be reduced to writing?
