They can make it easy to see that all the possible combinations of conditions have been discovered and when condition are missed. Create a decision table for the following scenario in Figure 1. Cuti Cuti Tours and Travels provide special tour packages to tourists from USA. Fulfilling certain conditions, they are offered discount over the normal packages. Tourists aged more than 18 years with USA citizenship are offered a discount of 30%, if they arrive in Malaysia on any day other than Monday or Friday. Tourists from other countries, are offered a discount of 25%, if they arrive on any day other than Monday or Friday. Tourists deciding to stay at least 6 days anywhere in Malaysia get an extra discount of 10%. If the age of the tourists is between 2 to 18 years, they are offered a discount of 40% for all destinations. Anyone under 2 years gets to travel for free.
