institutions, and pay application fee, using an application on

the iOS or Android platforms, or through a web browser. Users are also able to track

progress of their application. Payment is charged vid debit card, OrangeMoney,

MyZaka or Credit card. BEC, provides data to the systems and it is regulated via

BQA.
