Write a $C++$ program that defines a two dimensional array named rental of size $812,$ that to store yearly rental statistics in which each row represents a flat and each column represents a year. The program should first read the data from the keyboard into the array rental. The program should then ask the user to enter a flat number $(0-7),$ then display the average rental cost for the last $5$ years for that flat.
