(6) 4.2 To make the jobs of employees more intrinsically rewarding, training them in more than one aspect of the business, and considering the content of each job, will impact the performance of staff. Discuss job enrichment, job enlargement and job rotation in tabular format and indicate which one you think is most important. (7) 4.3 To attract the right employees, a company can offer good market related financial rewards such as base pay, bonuses or incentives and car allowances.
