Five employees are available to work on four tasks. Tasks $1$ and $4$ require at least two persons,

whereas the rest of the tasks should be assigned to only one employee. Each employee can work

on at most two tasks, but employees $2$ and $3$ should not be assigned the same task. Formulate an

integer LP to assign the minimum number of employees to the tasks.
