Explain the following methods of procurement as outlined in the PPA with examples: i. Two stage tendering; ii. Restricted tendering; and iii. Single-source procurement.

b) In quality management under procurement and contracting, there is supplier assessment in the process of buying quality assurance. Explain the following two out of the five methods used in assessing suppliers capability:

i. Third party certification; and

ii. Evaluation of sample products.
