c) Many organizations still own some legacy systems that play a key role in their business operations, for example some banking systems. Legacy systems must be integrated with new applications when designing new products, services, or even new business processes. What are the challenges in integrating with legacy systems and what are the solutions to reduce any related complications? [5 marks]
