The facility consists of 150 residential buildings, a football park, a commercial area, 2.5km of all- weather roads with adjoining roads. a. The designs for all structures have been completed and reviewed to ensure that the standards and the Clients brief are totally complied with. The Bill of Quantities for the whole the works have also been developed based on the drawings and specification.
