In the Tender Document and the Appendix to Tender, payment period is 36 days. However, in the Conditions of Particular Application the payment period has been stated as 120 days. Discuss the relation between the Tender Document, the Conditions of Contract and the Conditions of Particular Application during contract administration and explain how the discrepancy can be resolved.
