Betty, the manager of the bank, performs all administrative tasks and provides all kinds of account service to customers when needed. She always monitors the length of the queue. When the length of the queue reaches three, she opens up a new teller counter immediately and starts to serve the clients as a teller (i.e., two counters, in total, with a single queue). Betty is as equally qualified as Alfie as a teller. She closes her counter when she finishes serving and no one is waiting in the queue. She opens up her counter again when the length of the queue reaches three once again.
