Question 5. Explain any three CASE tools (number them as i, ii, iii) with one example for each. There are many CASE tools, and each find use in different phases of SDLC. A few examples are the use of a pictorial diagram of different components of Information Systems using any drawing software, Flow-Chart showing the flow of a process, different Project Management tools such as Microsoft project, Asana, documentation tools with Adobe RoboHelp, programming language and tools such as code editor to write code in Java, C etc., software testing tools. You are not required to download any tool but research them and explain their use and purpose so that as the need arises, you can further investigate. In a compact course structure, we cover many aspects and want the students to get exposed to the tools.

i. Form (an example could a form that is created in a software application with various fields)

ii. Report (an example could be a report that is generated with data)
