Task 1: Establishing Client Relationships
For this task you will be required to set up an initial meeting with three (3) clients to help them adjust their behaviour towards exercise. You will have the ability to use a variety of tools that will be dependent on your clients needs.
Instructions on how to complte this task
- Set up an area that is free of distractions to conduct your initial meeting with your client. Ensure you have all the documentation needed to access freely during this meeting. You may use the templates provided and/or design your own. You must however meet all the expectations outlined in the checklist below.
- Conduct a meeting regarding exercise implementation with your three (3) clients completing documentation to record responses of this meeting and expectations of training.
- At the completion of your meeting you will book in a follow up meeting in 2-3 weeks time with the same three (3) clients to discuss progression from this initial meeting. You will need to source information and return to your next meeting with the outcomes.
