Use Python to fix a random integer smaller than ${10}^9$ using your student number as the

random number generate seed. Give the Python code that you used to do this as well as

the random integer. Then, using the same random seed, generate a vector of $10000$ integers

in the same range and compute the average. Provide the average as well as your code. You

do not need to write down the vector of integers, of course.
