(BS henceforth) purchases all the land available within Zendorf for resi- dential development. Immediately following this purchase, BS makes a quite sizeable donation to the city of Zendorf to help create the Zendorf Open Spaces Commission (ZOSC. ) ZOSC's mandate is to purchase all land within 20 kilometers of Zendorf, and then maintain that land as open space (i.e. keep that land undeveloped.)
