I need assistance putting my personal experience into these questions

My personal group dynamic was a struggle as out of the four of us I communicated most with one of person, even though I made a group chat on teams and was semi active with my other team member communicating what we needed for our assessment. The main challenges were the lack of participation and communication from other team members and I had to privately message the other two to make sure they were okay or if they needed help
