   1. Steve Smith sued Bob Brown for trespass in the Ontario Court of Justice. The case was decided in 1999 and was reported at page 47 of volume 11 of the 5^th edition of the Ontario Reports. [2 marks]
   2. Doctor Meredith Grey was sued by Mark Sloan for negligence in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice in 2011. It was the 6^th case heard by that court in 2011. The case was reported in the Dominion Law Reports (volume 91 of the 1st edition) at page 212. [3 marks]
   3. In 2019, the Supreme Court of Canada decided an appeal which was initiated by Erin O'Toole concerning a law suit against Justin Trudeau.
