Choose one of the five staffing models noted in Chapter 1 to help you think through and describe the staffing process that led to your getting hired for the job. Trace and describe the process. 1) Note any deviance from the model we studied this week in our reading, and from your own perspective as a job applicant, and (2) from the organization's perspective. A review of the Applications listed at the end of the chapter may be helpful.
