Convert a date string to integers: month, day, and Year

User input a string, as a date. Format = mm/dd/yyyy.

Check length.

Split(), parse(). Parse() needs to be in a try-catch block.

validate the 3 parts.

Month from 1 - 12

Day between 1 and whatever the last day is for that month.

Year between 2000 - 2020.

Errors messages:

Date string contains invalid characters.

Month %d is out of range.

Day %d is out of range for month %d
