Question : Create ERD and normalize 3NF

Create an ERD for a car service center. The car service center repairs cars. Base your design on the following business rules.

1. A customer may come in just to have his or her car serviced.

2. When a customer takes one or more cars in for repair or service, one service ticket is written for each car.

3. The car service center maintains a service history for each of the cars serviced. The service records are referenced by the car's serial number.

4. A car brought in for service can be worked on by many mechanics and each mechanic may work on many cars.

5. A car that is serviced many or may not need parts (Ex : Adjusting a carburetor or cleaning a fuel injector nozzle doesnot require providing new parts)

6. A customer gets an invoice for each time visit.
