ABC Library wants to get a system for their library, they have contacted you and have given you some following requirements.

1. A Teacher can issue a book for the length of full semester.

2. A Student can issue a book for the length of 2 Weeks.

3. A Visitor can issue a book for the length of 1 Weeks.

4. If book is not available Teacher / Student can reserve book.

5. If there is delay in return then Student have to pay Rs. 50 as fine.

6. If there is delay in return then Visitor have to pay Rs. 100 as fine.

7. If there is delay in return then Teacher does not have to pay any fine.

8. The Visitor can get a book issued after depositing a security fee.

9. On returning the book security of Visitor is refunded after the deduction of fine (if there is any fine due to delay otherwise complete security have to be refunded).
