Answer the activity in as much detail as possible, considering your organisational requirements. 1. As a workplace activity (or simulated workplace activity), perform analysis, using both statistical and qualitative techniques, to determine your organisation's (or an example organisation's): Current business performance of the organisation Competitor performance Potential threats and opportunities to the organisation. 2. Following on from question 1, use qualitative methods and forecasting techniques to determine: The success of current marketing activities If there are any over- and under-performing products and services Existing and emerging market needs. 3. Document your analysis findings from both question 1 and 2. You should use organisational document templates and formats to produce these, and ensure findings are presented visually to aid understanding.
