I need one good comments on my paper this one compliment of what I did correctly

I think the idea is a good idea to get people to communicate more with people in the workplace.Playing musical chairs may be taking it too far.

When it comes to changing my desk every month no I wouldn't like it.I like there to be a set up workspace for me that feels comfortable and doesn't change.I see no need to workers to change desks every month.Something like meetings could be used for collaboration or discussion.

I would personally think that the approach that they're trying to use would be in smaller organizations since the smaller organizations sometimes tend to have more flexibility.In a large organization, there are a lot of more moving parts and would tend to have more order and structure.In a larger organization, meetings or teams could be used to enhance collaboration.

I believe personally that this is a passing fad that will eventually disintegrate.I think that it's somewhat of a creative idea but in terms of a professional work environment I think it could put a lot of stress on certain workers that are already comfortable and set at the workplace.There to me is no reason to change desks every month.I do believe that it is a good way to break down functional silos, however, I do believe that pulling the best people from each function and placing those people on teams and in meetings will be the best way for an organization to collaborate.

In the end, I don't think musical chairs should be required in the office, however, communication between individuals in an organization is very important and will enable the company to perform better overall.
