Micro-Credential Course Registration System (MCRS) is a new system proposed to the university for managing short courses to be offered to clients. Micro-credentials are like certifications where students or professionals take courses and develop specific skills in certain fields. MCRS enables students to register preferred courses, rate and provide reviews for the courses.

To register for any course students should complete and return an electronic survey. The admission department will check whether or not the students are admissible to the courses. Students will be allowed for registration only if payment has been received by the Bursary. Once registered, the new student registration information will be used to generate time tables for each course, student and course coordinator.

1a) Provide four (4) COMPLETE user stories of four (4) different users for the the Micro-Credential Course Registration System (MCRS).

1 b) During an early stage in the requirements specification activity, engineers decide the system boundary to illustrate the systems operational context. Produce a context model diagram for MCRS.

1 c) Assume that the project would be developed by a team of experienced developers in Scrum, who are geographically distributed and that the schedule for the project has been very aggressively set.

As a Scrum Master that works with this team, you need to ensure the team is able to deliver their work effectively. Prepare a project management proposal of how this can be achieved. Ensure that it covers the aspects of communication platform, development environment & team arrangement.
