No matter the reason, there is a multiplicity of benefits to recruiting an international workforce, and though the process of hiring foreign talent is not without its challenges, most employers or hiring managers find that it is well worth their time and effort to do so. The digital transformation in recruitment has changed the face of hiring process where online recruitment (through job boards), social media, and corporate websites have opened global talent markets for companies seeking foreign expertise. Having said that, they must always ensure compliance with employment and immigration law when hiring foreign experts". THE ISSUES AND CHALLENGES FACED BY FOREIGN PROFESSIONALS OR EXPATRIATE BASED ON THE CHOSEN MULTINATIONAL COMPANIES Microsoft Corporation seems to be seen as one of the most successful brands worldwide. Their accomplishments are on a par with their reputations. Apparently when the veil is being lifted there were a lot of difficulties and challenges faced by the company. When the company is facing such difficulties, obviously the employees will be facing it as well obviously their expatriates when it comes to problems pertaining the country they are being assigned to. Expatriates are employees too for the company, but they sometimes are being casted out by the other employees. Although Microsoft is a big company that has a reputation to the world but there are some cases where it shows that their employees are not being treated well. This could indicate their lack of competencies from their HR department as well as it might be the case that the corporation is getting too big for the management. There was a moment where all the employees including the expatriates are dissatisfied with their pay. According to an annual companywide survey stated in an on CNBC written by Eugene Kim, it shows a discouraging number of percent agreeing that people are rewarded according to their job performance". Particularly this question always gets the lowest score on the survey and to be found that 86 percent of the employees participated in answering the survey. Consequently, Microsoft is well known and the whole knows that they are getting the profits greatly and spending billions on acquisitions, but the employees are not getting the generosity in their wages. For this problem being answered that this matter will be taken more seriously on more balanced wages but there still no disclosure on the median for their employee wages and new regulatory requirement while knowing that the Microsoft CEO was the 17 highest paid CEO in the US. Most of the employees including the expatriates would be loyal to the corporation mainly because of other factors rather than their work balanced wages which is the pride to get a job in a well-known company as well as mostly their managers treated the employees with care. That was had the employees been loyal to the corporation. Not only they are facing wages problems but as well their HR department. A number of employees shared their frustrations and experiences they faced for discrimination and harassment happens at the company. The discrimination and problems due to the lack of HR actions have no results till this day as it is all are very unclear for the employees that are facing such negative working environment. Microsoft has long battled accusations that their HR department shows inabilities to handle with the harassment and discrimination issues that is recorded for over 150,000 employees worldwide. There were quite a number of employees who leave the company as the HR department is incapable to resolve the situation. When the investigation was executed, the results are expected as it will favors the managers over workers and employees were left in the dark for weeks as they claimed it to be under investigation. When the investigation started, it was recorded 200 cases were opened and it is considered a lot. When evidence of change was not being seen, Microsoft said it was to meet their stated goal which was to hold the investigation and favors the managers. The estimated number of persons whose accounts will be frozen is 525,000 This is one of the most difficult transactions for foreign workers to complete. Most of the companies said Mr. Trump's proclamation was based on a "false assumption" that it would protect American jobs because it would force them to hire individuals from other countries. Most of the company criticized President Donald Trump's immigration crackdown on the visa programs that their company rely on to employ thousands of staff. Mr. Trump's proclamation suspended the entry of a range of foreign workers until the end of 2020. Microsoft President Brad Smith said: "Now is not the time to cut our nation off from the world's talent or create uncertainty and anxiety. Immigrants play a vital role at our company and support our country's critical infrastructure. They are contributing to this country at a time when we need them most." This will cause a huge loss in an organization because most manufacturing or technology need skilled people in different types of areas and with many types of culture, without we notice it will strength in a company diversity. Foreign workers contribute to the country's economy by providing either skilled or unskilled labor. Labor is much required in the manufacturing industry of a country to ensure its continuity and growth. Without a foreign worker, to expend the company faster because foreign workers are already trained so they just come and give knowledge about new things to the company. That also saves lots of money and means that projects can be quickly completed. As we can see, Mr Trump's proclamation was not giving a good impact for a country and cause a lot of problem for one big organization to handle the issue
