You will actually make two sets of recommendations. The first is to imagine that it is the end of $Y4,$ and that you already know the market outlooks for $Y5$&$6.$ The second is to imagine that it is the end of $Y8$ and that you already know the market outlooks for $Y9$&$10$

In order to get full credit, you must discuss and analyze for each recommendation the relevant global, industry, market, and competitive conditions of the Global Challenge.

Keep the focus as much as possible on ACTUAL global challenge conditions. Hypothetical and generalities won't be very helpful as I won't be able to assess your critical thinking skills. You have been playing the game all semester, and I provided all the market outlooks, so you have all the information you need.

Be sure to discuss the most relevant PESTEL factors and ALL FIVE of Porter's Five Forces as applies to the game.

Please be sure to be the most thorough with Power of Buyers and Competitive Rivalry, but also Power of Suppliers as well.

For Barriers to Entry, you should also be able to discuss this thoroughly; the only difference is that you must assume that unlike the simulation that potentially other new firms, not just yours, can enter. This enables you to be slightly hypothetical or creative. However, there are still REAL fact based observations that you can and should make.
