Question: This is all one question but I would also like an explanation and something new that will not be similar to whatever is already posted here. Question Related to WBS (Work Breakdown Structure).

Part 1: Use PowerPoint to create a WBS in chart form for a web development project of your choosing (or you may select another type of IT project you are familiar with). It should be similar to the chart in Figure 5-4 from the text. Select an activity in Level 2 and decompose it into a level 3. Then select an activity in Level 3 and decompose it into a set of Level 4 work packages. Remember, WBSs are used to define the total scope of a project so your Level 2 should reflect that.

Part 2: Recreate the same WBS defined in Assignment 5 Part 1 using Microsoft Project or Microsoft Excel, indenting categories appropriately. Number the items of the WBS appropriately following the same format illustrated in Table 5-4.
