The wagons are accelerated uniformly from rest to a speed of $40k$m$/$h over a distance of $60$ m $.$ The spend is then maintained constant for $2$ minutes and the wagons are brought to rest with a unlform deceleration. If the rate of acceleration is three times the rate of deceleration:
