Steven has always let his employees know that he is the manager and all decisions will go through him. He has always had a very specific vision for the company and the people Steven has employed has to fill in with the culture, vision and thinking that he has created for the company. The employees are committed and loyal to the company. Steven always motivates the employees to not join trade unions, he sees trade unions as causing conflict and bringing unnecessary trouble to the workplace.
