$2\mathrm{.}2$ Mr$.$ Potter was very ill when his Doctor $($Dr$.$ Oz$)$ convinced him to transfer his various properties to him. Mr$.$ Potter in a mentally, physically afy psychologically weakened state agreed. However, Mr$.$ Potter made a miraculous recovery and claimed that had it not been for Dr$.$ Oz's undue influence he would never have transferred his properties to him.

Assess whether Mr$.$ Potter will be bound to his agreement with Dr$.$Oz$.$ In your assessment consider the requirements for a valid contract as well as the effect of a contract entered into under undue influence. Reference any retevant case law.
