Strategic change implementation involves the specific ways through which strategy is implemented. Strategic change involves the changes incorporated in the organization$$s strategy as determined by the scope, competitive advantage and resource deployment. The ability to implement the right strategies successfully is important to any organization. Despite the importance of the strategic change implementation within strategic management, this is an area of study often overshadowed because there is too much concentration on the process of strategy formulation. Managing of strategic change interventions effectively and efficiently is the main challenge that businesses face today. According to Carter, Ulrich and Goldsmith $(2012),$ the ability to respond to the pace of change is the major difference between successful and failed organizations. As such, the external environments of organizations have to constantly be monitored and scanned but also anticipating and adapting to continuous change it is imperative to note that institutions and individuals that opt to intervene in turbulent times will find survival very difficult. Other than Strategy execution being a very big challenge that organizations face today it has also not been explained satisfactorily. According to Bossidy, Charan, and Burck $(2011)$ Strategy execution has inadequate literature hence making the topic of significant academicians especially in less developed countries
