Using Python:

An amateur meteorologist keeps track of the temperatures at her weather station for a period of 8 days.

Her readings are the result of a random function that produces values between 60F and 90F ( use a seed of 42).

Construct this list. Print that list out.

Write a Python function, called delta, that takes this list of temperatures , that first computes the average, prints that out within the function, and then within that same function, returns a list showing the differences between the temperatures and the average temperature over the 8 days. Return that list and load it into a variable called result

Print out the result with an appropriate description...
