As you know, these cars have some of the components that real cars have like a steering system, braking system, wheels, batteries etc.... An incident happens with two children in two different places which resulted in injuries to both of the children including a broken arm. An inspection was done and it was found that the cause of both of the accidents is a defective steering which resulted in that the children were not able to control their toy cars and thus the incident happened. As a result, the parents of the two children sued this company asking for big compensation and the company is currently dealing with that in the court. Now, as a safety manager, the top management is asking for your advice on this matter. Would you consider a product recall? Or not? What kind of checks would you recommend to decide on this?
