This is what I need to answer this week. My project is a study proposal regarding a diabetes prevention program in which a group of subjects who will participate in the program and a group of subjects that will only participate in a one day educational program.

At the beginning and the end of the program both groups will be tested for BMI and Hemoglobin A1C results to compare them to verify participants in the program reduced their risk of developing type II diabetes more than the other group.

Both groups will be adolescents from ages 15-19, Caucasians, African Americans, Hispanics (these are the cultures within the school we are using), location is rural central Mississippi.
