o Remember the rule I am asking about is not the court's ruling but the elements necessary to prove the case, etc.

4.Comment on the court's decision.

So, for example if see there is a there is a tort alleged. Say what tort is and state the rules associated with that tort, then explain if the parties in this case committed that tort and based on the stated facts (if true) whether or they should win or lose in court.

There may be a few issues that you will note but may not have enough info to do a full analysis, in that case please just state the issue and the basic rule.

For this essay, please avoid flowery or unnecessary openings - just focus on the case and the issues.
