I'm currently trying to perform RNA-seq and having trouble with running "cpm" package. I installed it (install.packages("cpm")), however, when I run project_cpm <- cpm(data), it returns: "Error in cpm("data") : could not find function "cpm" ". Could someone explain what I am doing wrong? I've tried for the past few hours.

Are there any alternatives I should use?
