R statistical computing platform question:

I am trying to run the code found in my book and I am producing different results. Can anyone take a look at what I have and help me figure out what I am doing wrong? I will list first the books code, then I will list mine beneath it. I highlighted mine where it is different from the book. In the books example the part that they have different than mine is the t[,1] output. Thanks for any insight into this
