Rather than "current events" I would like to host a Discussion Board that focuses on how we got here. That is, let's look at issues related to affinity or religion (from an employment context) during the last 100 years. Please go to the Internet and find a historically important event that relates to the stated issues. The events can be positive or negative, long term or isolated, local or national. Provide a summary of events and why this affected employment. Include any immediate outcomes such as legislation, or longer term events such as social movements. Also, did anything backfire? Do you know anyone that you can ask about it (grandparents, parents, etc.)? Last, please provide at least two links for additional reading
